Terrarium Workshop at The Bohemian
Build your very own plant ecosystem during this Terrarium Class! Cat & Mouse will guide you in designing your terrarium using a variety of natural and plastic decor.
Each ticket covers cost of entry & soil for this private event. Supplies purchased separately. Completed terrariums cost depend on what you choose, but usually range from $45-$200. Looking for a way to maximize your budget? Bring your own glass & accessories!
Snacks & beverages provided, but you are always welcome to bring in your own drinks.
Adopt a Plant
Celebrate Earth Day with Cat & Mouse Plants by adopting a new houseplant! Choose from over 300 varieties of houseplants, from beginner friendly to extremely rare collectibles. During this event, we will personally help you select the right plant for your home & situation. Once you've chosen an adoptee, you'll be given a name tag plant stake & adoption certificate.
This event is free to attend. Plant stakes & certificates are free gift with plant purchase. Plants start at just $5.
Don't forget to get a photo with your new plant at our photo op station! Tag us for a chance to win a Cat & Mouse Plants gift certificate. Winner will be announced via Facebook & Instagram April 26.

Propagation 101 Class
Our complete beginner's introduction to propagating houseplants. Learn how to cut, prep & eventually transplant cuttings of your favorite plants.
What is propagation? Propagation is the creation of new plants using plants you already have.
During this class, you'll get hands-on experience with various popular houseplants, learning how to trim them and identify growth points you can use to propagate. You'll leave this class with a freshly potted plant (that you pot yourself!) and several cuttings to propagate at home.

Staghorn Fern Class

Make new friends AND leave with your very own piece of wall (pl)art (plant art). During this class, you'll be given everything you need to create a wall mounted staghorn fern. These easy to care for, resilient houseplants thrive on neglect. They can handle almost any kind of light and only need water 1x a week.
Cat & Mouse Plants will lead you in mounting your staghorn fern, teaching you along the way about the materials used and the plant's unique history.
Tickets are $65 per person and include all supplies. Just bring you!

Adopt-a-Plant: Themed Rare Houseplant Sale
Choose a houseplant, give it a name, and receive an adorable "Certificate of Adoption" celebrating your new plant baby! Cat & Mouse will be helping you choose plants based on your space and care needs, answering any questions you may have about houseplants. Once your new plant finds you, you'll give it a name and a custom name tag before leaving with a certification of adoption.
We will be restocking our shop the day prior to this event, giving you the best selection possible! Participation is free and plants start at just $5. Most of our plants fall in the $7-$20 range depending on size and rarity.
Throughout the event, we will be offering free repots to anyone who'd like to purchase or bring in their own planter. Our repots include our very own mix of high quality plant potting mix.
